Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a part-time Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to support children with Autism in Lewis, IA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. RBT certification is required before working; high school diploma or equivalent suffices to start, with commitment to on-going client progress.
