Job summary

heartlandbehavior seeks Licensed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. This part-time position offers same-day pay after clocking in/out, flexible scheduling, and the chance to work with a robust clinical team.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and record session data to support client progress. Training is provided; pathways to BCBA schooling programs are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
