Autism Care Partners in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Fieldwork Mentee to prepare for becoming a Behavior Analyst. You will deliver 1:1 ABA treatment with fidelity under BCBA supervision, participate in Phase 1 fieldwork, and meet defined competencies while building professional skills in a collaborative, family-centered environment.
This full-time role offers structured supervision, hands-on training, and center-based services with dedicated support.
