Job summary

The Chicago School seeks a faculty member to teach graduate-level topics in Applied Behavior Analysis across face-to-face, synchronous, and asynchronous formats. The role includes curriculum design, supervision of ABA students, and thesis/dissertation reading, with collaboration across national campuses.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in higher education and in behavior analysis, and hold a doctoral degree (BCBA-D preferred) with strong time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Earned doctoral degree (BCBA-D preferred).
• 2-5 years experience in a higher education setting.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Teach students at a graduate level in Applied Behavior Analysis across modalities.
• Contribute to curriculum design and departmental development.
• Monitor student learning outcomes and progress.
• Provide academic advisement and supervision to ABA students.
• Chair and act as reader on thesis and dissertation committees.
• Interact with a diverse population and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to university service through committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department chair.
