Job summary

The Behavioral Specialist role at Foster Family Services Riverside in Riverside, CA focuses on providing Early Intervention Services and ABA therapy to children aged 0-17 and their families. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field and 1–2 years of related experience. Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Education, or related field.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interview unaccompanied minors and other involved persons to gather data for behavioral assessment.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand underlying causes and patterns of behavior.
• Identify SMART behavior goals and implement positive behavior supports and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support stabilization and service plans.
• Maintain regular communication with the interdisciplinary team and document progress.
