Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Take initiative with sound judgment within authority.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion of students.
• Knowledge of child development and program needs; ABA, Safety Care; RBT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional staff in delivering core curriculum and behavior management.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrators on planning.
• Modify instructional materials for individual students per IEPs.
• Monitor student progress with data collection under supervision.
• Implement behavior structures and plans for individuals or small groups.
• Provide student support in all school environments and during transitions.
• Support socialization and independence development for students with IEPs.
• Attend planning meetings and report progress to the team.
