Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavior Specialist Consultants to support students in a school-based setting in Lancaster, PA. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop PBSPs, and collaborate with school teams to promote positive behaviors and social skills.

The role requires a Master's degree in ABA/related field and at least two years of ABA experience with ASD or behavioral disorders. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years ABA experience including FBAs and PBSPs.
• Experience with ASD or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using VB-MAPP, ABAS, Vineland, QABF, FAST, and other tools.
• Develop and monitor PBSPs with measurable goals.
• Collect, graph and analyze behavior data to track progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and professionals to ensure implementation.
• Provide staff training and consultation; supervise RBTs as applicable.
