Job summary

Libertyville School District 70 is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for the Structured Learning Classroom for the 2026-2027 school year. The RBT implements behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collects data on student performance, and supports students in developing academic, social, communication, and adaptive skills in inclusive and specialized settings.

The RBT works collaboratively with teachers, related service providers, and administrators.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current and active.
• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degrees preferred.
• Experience with students, especially those with disabilities.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Ability to collect and graph behavioral data accurately.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
