Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional in Cottage Grove, MN. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and offers paid training including RBT certification, with typical daytime hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Start date is immediate and positions are full-time at our clinic. You'll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years, using play-based ABA therapy to build communication, social, and independent skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
