Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Maple Grove, MN is hiring for an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional. A Bachelor's Degree is required to work with children with autism in our ABA program, with paid training and RBT certification provided.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with guaranteed full-time hours, no nights, and opportunities for growth as you help kids build communication, social, and independent skills through play-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must be verifiable.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to maintain an active pace with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset; may assist nearby ABC clinics as needed.
• Experience in childcare or health-related fields is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
