Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years ABA experience or 1 year with 12 units in ABA necessary.
• Active pursuit of BCBA certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists with in-field coaching and feedback
• Conduct home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams
