Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Mid-Level Supervisor in Oceanside, CA to lead and support Behavior Specialists, ensuring high-quality ABA services for children and families. This in-person role emphasizes supervision, coaching, and clinical mentorship while supporting BCBA credential progression.

You will perform field coaching, conduct home visits, and collaborate with training and operations to maintain program fidelity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years ABA experience or 1 year with 12 ABA credits.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Coach Behavior Specialists with in-field coaching and feedback.
• Conduct home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
