Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in Antioch, CA is seeking an ABA Program Manager to lead clinical teams, coach Behavior Specialists, and oversee quality of ABA programming in homes, schools, and communities.

You will drive clinician development, supervise field work, and partner with operations to ensure treatment fidelity and family outcomes, with opportunities toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of related ABA experience; or 1 year with 12 ABA units.
• Board-certified associate Behavior Analyst or pursuing BCBA

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching and feedback.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation and lesson plans for quality.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams
