Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to evaluate, design, and manage behavior interventions across settings, and supervise RBTs.

This startup is seeking a business-oriented BCBA part-time to help us grow into a full-time clinical director role, with a $5,000 signing bonus and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• At least two years of experience working with individuals with special needs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose clients needs and develop behavior plans
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement behavior plans in home, school, and community settings
• Provide direct and indirect supervision of RBTs
• Monitor, track, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete progress reports and other documentation
