Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. Hawaii is hiring for a clinic-based RBT role. You will work 1:1 with autistic children in a Kailua clinic, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision, and collecting data to guide treatment.

We offer structured training, a competency-based pay path, and opportunities for growth. Relocation to Oʻahu is welcomed with a firm move date within 4–6 weeks.

Your Day-to-Day

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay
• Training Pay: $20/hr (non-certified) | $25/hr (already RBT certified)
• Guaranteed Hours — sub or office work provided if clients cancel
• PTO & Holidays: 6 paid holidays + paid Winter Break + accrued time off starting when certified
• 401K: Company contributes 3% even if you don’t
• Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and pharmacy (Kaiser or HMSA)
• Insurance & Protections: Liability, disability, and worker’s comp
• Referral Bonus: Up to $500 for new team members you refer
