Applied ABC is seeking a Center Director in Tucson, AZ to lead clinical and operational functions at our ABA center. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, drive program quality, and build relationships with schools and physicians to support client enrollment and outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, program development, and collaboration with families, with a focus on delivering evidence-based ABA therapy and center growth in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• ABA clinical experience required.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or center-based setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for mentoring others and advancing ABA through quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance and growth of the center.
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
• Oversee treatment planning, service delivery, and clinical quality to ensure evidence-based practices.
• Oversee client onboarding, authorizations, and continuity of care.
• Manage daily center operations, scheduling, and staffing to maximize utilization.
• Track clinical and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with families and cross-functional teams, providing regular updates to leadership.
