Job summary

Mindcolor Autism in Appleton, WI is seeking a Center Director to lead both clinical and operational success of the center. You will oversee scheduling, hiring, compliance, and ensure the highest standards of ABA therapy while guiding a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and operations staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, state license, and are experienced in managing clinical teams and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing for 5+ years.
• Active state license in good standing.
• QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days of hire.
• 1–3 years experience managing performance of BCBA-level clinicians.
• 40 hours per week with occasional flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling and hiring.
• Provide strategic leadership in ABA therapy delivery and maintain quality standards.
• Mentor and manage a team of BCBAs, RBTs/BTs, and operations staff.
• Supervise therapy services to align with treatment plans and client goals.
• Liaise with families, schools, and community partners to support client care.
• Ensure compliance with state and Mindcolor standards and opportunities for growth.
