Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of ABA experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills.
• Reliable transportation for home and community visits.
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze client data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client success.
