Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and help families through training and collaboration.

You'll work with a clinical team in a compassionate ABA environment, focusing on quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.

This role offers both part-time and full-time schedules with competitive hourly compensation of $22.00–$28.00 and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.

What You'll Do

As a Case Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision

What You Bring to the Team

We're looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow and lead:

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
  (BCBA coursework units preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements

Compensation & Benefits

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
