Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Southern California seeks a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee services for clients, and collaborate with families for meaningful progress.

The role requires an MA/MS in ABA or related field, 2+ years in behavior analytic services, BCBA coursework preferred, and a valid driver’s license with travel within assigned areas. Compensation is $22.00–$28.00 per hour DOE.

What You'll Do

What You Bring To The Team

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements

Compensation & Benefits

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
