Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and help develop behavior intervention plans in Southern California.

You will collaborate with families, ensure clinical quality and proper documentation, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused team culture. The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

What You Bring to the Team

We're looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow and lead:

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
  (BCBA coursework units preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements

Compensation & Benefits

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
