Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans in Southern California.

The role offers both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities with competitive hourly pay of $22.00–$28.00 DOE, plus Medical, Dental, Vision, and ongoing professional development opportunities within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.

What You'll Do

As a Case Supervisor, you will:

What You Bring to the Team

We're looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow and lead:

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
  (BCBA coursework units preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements

Compensation & Benefits

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
