Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Southern California seeks a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and partner with families to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA or Psychology required.
• At least 2 years of designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

What You'll Do

What You Bring To The Team

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements

Compensation & Benefits

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
