Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Kansas is seeking autism care & behavior technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations. Part-time positions with paid training and flexible schedules.

No experience required; you will receive comprehensive training and the opportunity to grow within the ABA field, helping children reach their potential while supporting families.

Current openings are in Hiawatha, KS, with a same-day pay option and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
