Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA seeks a Behavioral Technician to support children in our Newark, DE program. The role requires interacting with children, following program requirements, and maintaining standards. You will work under supervision and help implement ABA therapy plans.

The position is permanent, with compensation up to $20 per hour. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED and 6 months of experience working with children; fingerprint clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months working with children.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to interact with the client population served.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• It may require standing, sitting, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties in a manner consistent with program requirements for client population served.
• Follow applicable licensure, certification and accreditation standards.
