Job summary

Heartland ABA in Liberal, KS is seeking part-time staff to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You’ll join a clinical team and help implement care plans while recording data and supporting families.

No ABA experience is required—paid training is provided, including completion of the 40-hour RBT course. We value patience, compassion, and a calm approach, with same-day pay and a six-month commitment to make a difference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Work as part of a clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment.
