Job summary

Access Services is hiring a full-time ABA Behavioral Health Technician to join our IBHS program in Pottsville, PA and the surrounding region during school hours and after school.

The role focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis supports to children up to 21, with responsibilities including implementing approved interventions, maintaining EHR case notes, and attending weekly supervision and team meetings, with travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of work supporting people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral or mental health challenges, or Autism.
• Completion of 40 Hour Registered Behavior Technician training is required.
• Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience and reliable vehicle is required.
• No Driver’s License suspensions in the last 48 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports as outlined in the plan of care using approved interventions such as safe crisis management, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain case notes in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Attend weekly clinical supervision, regular case reviews, and staff meetings.
