Are you the right fit for a career as a BT/RBT? Do you have…
  • An unstoppable passion for excellence and an unquestionable commitment to those we serve?
  • Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (e.g., Nanny, Day Care Professional, Teacher, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional/TSS, Direct Support Professionals)?
  • Educational experience in a field that relates to our industry (e.g., Psychology, Education/Special Education, Sociology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work)?
  • Proof of high school diploma or transcripts and are at least 18 years old?
  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record, and your own reliable vehicle (ride sharing and public transportation are not permitted for this position)?
  • Ability to work during evenings and after school hours (client sessions are typically after school, Monday-Friday, and 2-6 hours in length)?
  • Ability to start working in a part-time role as we develop and grow your caseload?
  • Ability to use technology for documentation completion and administrative responsibilities?

  • Be a part of the ongoing success and achievement of our young clients by focusing on their strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
  • Carry out individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support our young clients within the home and community setting.
  • Collect data as defined within the plan and record in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Help to guide and support families and caregivers to implement new skills.
