Job summary

The Alternative Community Resource Program, Inc is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to oversee the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients in need of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The position involves consultation, assessment, and collaboration with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must have one-year full-time experience providing ABA services.
• Must complete 40 hours of training related to ABA.
• Must have a valid Psychologist License in PA.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise BHT-ABAs and provide guidance.
