Job summary

You will collect data, teach essential life skills, and collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans, ensuring consistent, ethical, and effective support for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.

• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across domains (communication, socialization, self-care, independent living).
• Foster a supportive, positive learning environment to promote engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate updates with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
