Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy is seeking a Behavior Therapist to provide play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Nashville-area locations. You will collect progress data and collaborate with caregivers and clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based strategies, maintaining data integrity, and communicating effectively with families. Training, licensure support, and growth opportunities are provided, along with a comprehensive

Qualifications

Experience working with children in a supportive, engaging way.
Willingness to obtain and maintain RBT certification or state licensure.
Weekday afternoon availability (3-7pm).
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations with paid drive time.
Basic computer skills; use of tablets and online platforms; smartphone required.
Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check including fingerprinting and TB test.
Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
