Job summary

BreakThru Services is a leading ABA therapy provider serving children ages 2-21. We offer 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings, with plans developed by a LMHP and regular progress updates.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, driver’s license, and experience with developmental disabilities; CPR/First Aid will be obtained after hire. Flexible schedules, paid training, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• High School Diploma.
• First Aid/CPR certification or will be upon hire.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the plan.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings and additional trainings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication.
