Job summary

BreakThru Services is a leading ABA therapy provider for children ages 2-21. We deliver ABA therapy in home and community settings to help children develop socially appropriate behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain on hire.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings and additional trainings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication.
