Job summary

SheLeads Staffing seeks dedicated Behavior Therapists/RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home-based settings in Los Angeles, CA. You’ll implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff.

Availability 3pm–6pm, Monday–Friday, with a 1-year commitment is preferred, with bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists strongly encouraged. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and benefits for part-time and full-time staff, plus supervision hours toward BBS

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
• BA/BS preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related field.
• Availability primarily between 3pm-6pm, Monday–Friday, with a 1-year commitment.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy and skills training in home-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with support.
• Create engaging sessions for clients and families.
• Collect and maintain accurate session notes and data.
• Provide feedback and education to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, schools, and other service providers.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
