Applied ABC is expanding its provider network to deliver in-home and in-center ABA therapy for children with autism. The Behavior Technician role involves implementing individualized behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, with data collection and ongoing staff training.

The position focuses on in-home therapy, requiring weekday and weekend availability and strong communication with supervisory staff to ensure high-quality care and family engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
