BK Behavior is seeking committed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in Rogersville, MO. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Positions start part-time with flexible hours; candidates should be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months and have an RBT certification. Training and clinical team support are provided to ensure quality care for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
