Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center is hiring to train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for full-time roles at our Peachtree Corners location. The training class runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, for two weeks, and prepares you to sit for the RBT exam.

After successful completion, you will be promoted to RBT with pay increases up to $26/hr. You will deliver ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings and maintain detailed client progress records, working with families and professionals to

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy and implementing treatment plans.
• Strong data collection and progress tracking abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format
• Implement skill acquisition programs and the individual treatment plan
• Implement behavior reduction plans and protocols
• Maintain precise client progress records and data sheets
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for the client
• Collaborate with family and professionals on updates and concerns
• Uphold policies and ethics; align ABA with BACB guidelines
• Report incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and families
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning
