Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans, with flexible center-based schedules and opportunities for growth; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, weekly pay, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician
• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized treatment plans
• Support data collection and progress tracking for treatment outcomes
