Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Princeton Junction, NJ is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred. The position offers competitive pay at $20 per hour, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, 8 holidays plus 16 PTO days, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, sit, lift, and engage with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with team to implement behavior intervention plans and track progress.
