Job Description

The behavior staff will work with and teach children with disabilities as part of a team. They will be trained in ABA techniques such as Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Training, and will implement individualized programs in the child's home and/or school environment. Responsibilities include data collection, implementing program changes, and fostering the child's independence and success across settings.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Valid State Driver's License and car insurance (driving required)
  • Computer literate, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, flexible availability
  • Ability to drive 30-45 miles from your location
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in home, school, and clinical settings
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, push wheelchair, and lift 50 pounds
  • Good leadership skills
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (a plus)
