Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Behavior Technician/Therapist (BT/RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing treatment plans and contributing to a supportive team.

Center-based positions with flexible schedules and strong benefits are available in Randolph, NJ. We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to helping children progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy one-on-one with children.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans.
