Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Location: St. Louis County (South/Crestwood/Sunset Hills)

Setting: In-home and school-based

Schedule: Full-time or part-time, sessions are 4 hours and scheduled between 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday (subject to change based on learner needs)

Pay: $18-$23/hour

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement ABA care, working one-on-one with children and their families to help them learn new skills and reach milestones.

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a school setting
• Collect and record data on child behaviors
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
• Attend team meetings

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; practicum students or those pursuing careers in the field preferred
• Obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire
• Experience working with children and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR Certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods
