Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician for our Boone, NC clinic. This part-time role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implementing behavior plans, and maintaining accurate data and notes.

You will work with families and caregivers, while ensuring client safety and compliance with HIPAA and company policies. You will have access to certification support, potential pay increases after certification, and a collaborative team including clinic

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed plans.
• Collect and graph daily data; write objective session notes.
• Receive training, supervision, and feedback from BCBA/manager.
• Communicate progress with BCBA, parents, and caregivers.

Skills
