Job summary

AB Spectrum in Wright City, MO is seeking a Behavior Technician with paid RBT certification. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 under BCBA supervision, building essential communication, social, and daily living skills in a play-based setting.

This role offers hands-on training, covered RBT coursework, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour, with increases after obtaining RBT certification; full benefits and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation to assigned clinic.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Follow clinical protocols consistently.
• Communicate client progress and concerns to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and Center Administrators.
