Position Details

We are hiring ABA Behavior Technicians for Daytime & Afternoon Shifts in Union County: Plainfield, NJ.

Pay Range

$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr (based on experience)

About the Role

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in homes or community settings across New Jersey, New York, and New Mexico. Your work will help develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills, contributing to meaningful progress for our clients.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Passion for helping individuals with autism
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfort with technology for data collection
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to pass a background check
Shifts and Schedule
  • Daytime: M-F, 8AM-3:30/4:30PM
  • Afternoon/Evening: M-F, various 3-4 hour shifts between 3PM-7PM
