Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? We’re looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (or adventurers at heart!) to join our team and creatively guide the course of ABA therapy.

• Compensation: $25-35/hr (Based on Experience)
• Job Type: Part-Time (15-20 hours/week depending on client schedules)
• Available Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings

Westchester County

Afternoon Schedule Available!

• Mamaroneck, NY: Monday-Friday 4-8pm
• Yonkers, NY: Monday-Friday 5-7pm
• Armonk, NY: Monday-Thursday 4-7 PM & weekend mornings
• New Rochelle, NY: 4:30-8:30 PM & 3:45-7pm, Monday-Friday

Your schedule generally consists of 3-4 hours per day. Specific shifts may vary based on location and client needs.

Your Required Navigation Tools

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
• Reliable transportation to client homes or designated locations
• Ability to pass a background check

• Implement direct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder under BCBA guidance
• Manage challenging behaviors and enhance clients' social, communication, and independence skills
• Collaborate with team members and families to implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain professionalism and a commitment to high-quality services
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment by adhering to safety protocols
