Compass ABA Therapy is hiring ABA Behavior Technician/RBTs for daytime, afternoon, and evening shifts in Hudson County, NJ. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and work in homes or community settings.

Requirements include a high school diploma (college preferred), authorization to work in the United States, reliability, good communication, and ability to engage children. Transportation is needed and autism experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; college preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete onboarding requirements.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills, manage behaviors, and foster independence.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
