BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Grain Valley, MO. We are looking for candidates who can commit to at least 6 months, with flexible hours, and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. We offer same-day pay, paid training if needed, and opportunities for professional advancement through BCBA partnerships.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
