Job summary

BK Behavior in Saint Louis, MO seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. Flexible part-time hours and rapid onboarding support the mission to improve outcomes for children with Autism.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certificate, demonstrate patience and compassion, and are committed to a 6-month minimum. Training is provided to start and advance within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
