BK Behavior in Belton, MO seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive clinical team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, with flexible, part-time hours and a required 6-month commitment.

You will implement skill-building plans, record accurate data, and collaborate with families and clinicians to promote positive outcomes. Training is provided; compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
